Please submit non-emergency warranty requests at the 1st month (30 days) and the 11th month anniversary of your home. Any other requests that are not on the survival list or after its completion must go through the Homeowner Portal by submitting a warranty claim.
To submit warranty service requests, please follow the steps below:
*No Warranty Related Requests will be addressed unless submitted through the 2-10 Homeowner Portal.
If you cannot access the homeowner portal or experience technical difficulties, please contact Front Line Warranty Administration by phone at 1-800-811-8787 or email FLWS@2-10.com
If you experience an emergency warranty-related situation such as no hot water, total loss of electricity or complete lack of heating or cooling, please notify the FLWS team and then reach out directly to the appropriate contractor for electrical, plumbing or HVAC.
