File a Warranty Claim

Please submit non-emergency warranty requests at the 1st month (30 days) and the 11th month anniversary of your home. Any other requests that are not on the survival list or after its completion must go through the Homeowner Portal by submitting a warranty claim. 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit warranty service requests, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty Homeowner Portal
  2. If you are a first-time user, choose Register / Create Account on the Homeowner portal to Register Your Structural Warranty*.
  3. Select Service Requests to create your warranty service request.
  4. When you have created your complete list, click Submit to send your request for processing.
  5. Once your request is submitted, a FLWS team member will reach out to both you and your builder.

*No Warranty Related Requests will be addressed unless submitted through the 2-10 Homeowner Portal.

Emergency Warranty Requests

If you experience an emergency warranty-related situation such as no hot water, total loss of electricity or complete lack of heating or cooling, please notify the FLWS team and then reach out directly to the appropriate contractor for electrical, plumbing or HVAC.
