Husband and wife David and Kristi Smith founded Barringer Homes with the intent of creating homes that they would want to live in. For each home they design – from the architectural style to the floorplan layout to the design touches throughout – David and Kristi imagine how a family will live day to day in the home.
Each of our homes incorporates the ZIP System, providing a durable building envelope that protects your home against wind and water damage and increases interior comfort.
We use Sherwin Williams’ Cashmere Interior Acrylic Latex Paint, an ultra-smooth paint that provides a silky finish on interior walls that is also scrubbable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The LP Tech Shield Radiant Barrier Roof Sheathing provides superior moisture resistance through VaporVents™ technology and energy efficiency by blocking radiant heat in the roof panel from emitting into the home’s attic, reducing attic temperatures by up to 30°F.
Providing strength and protection, AdvanTech Flooring employs high-density engineered wood for long-lasting strength and stiffness, advanced moisture resistance throughout each panel and fastener-holding power that helps keep floors flat and quiet.
